Katy Memorial Pediatrics

Omg I have been coming here for the last 9 years or so with my children! And well overall no complaints at this pediatric facility I highly recommend because Everyone is nice, pleasant and professional! I just visited with in a two week span dealing with two sick children one after the other u know how that goes when u have multiple kids! It was our first time with a new Doctor by the last name Dr. Polson she is wonderful in every way possible from communicating with the young children and the parent! I have trust in her ability to understand my children if under the weather! My kids enjoyed the visit and were so happy. She knows a lot and acknowledges all the concerns we as parents need! Dr. Moreno, Dr. Nithya are also great doctors and they are understanding good people! Highly recommend above and beyond!

While I agree with some of the comments others have made about wait times, I have no complaints. I have been going to Dr. Moreno since the birth of my daughter (2021) and now my son (2023). There have been a couple of times I have waited longer than I would have liked during my appointment; whether it be in the waiting room or patient room. BUT I will say, I am never rushed. Dr. Moreno and his staff are very thorough and friendly. They always answer all my questions and never rush me or make me feel like I’m asking dumb questions. I can only assume the same is done with all his patients and while I may not have many concerns/questions during my visits, that may not be the case with all his patients. Just like I appreciate how thorough they are with me, I don’t mind waiting longer at times, because I can imagine he and his staff are giving that same care to another child. I have never felt like my child has been overlooked during any appointment. There have been 2 or 3 times that we’ve had to see a different doctor at the practice, because Dr. Moreno was not available and I can say I had a good experience with them as well.

Office staff is ridiculously rude, untrained and unreasonable !! My 2 year old daughter and 6mo son both go to the same doctor in the clinic.. Despite knowing that my daughter was hospitalized this week, not ready to move and accommodate appointments!! Such bad service and inhuman behavior !! and even no one knows billing questions, so eager to take money not knowing the answers to the coverage !! they will let you wait with the sick toddler to find out with insurance and still just hands over the receipt !! Its been 4 visits there, my portal wasn't set up yet !! this is the extent of mis-management and unreasonable behavior there !!!!!!!

Dr Nithya is literally the best pediatrician I have ever taken my kids to. She is extremely thorough and kind. She takes evaluating her patients to a whole new level and will help investigate any concerns that you may have or that she finds concerning. If you are concerned about your child’s health or just need a well visit, I recommend Dr Nithya 110%. The entire staff is incredible! You’ll be greeted with lots of smiles, kindness and reassurances. They answer any and all questions without judgement or bad attitudes. They’ve always answered my calls, so I haven’t experienced any issues pertaining to that. The wait time was fabulous! I waited MAYBE 10 minutes with my three kids. Overall, I recommend this office 1,000% percent. Give this office a try!
